As Rigol's second iteration RF signal source, the DSG3000B series offer standard AM/FM/ØM analogue modulation, as well as options for I/Q modulation and I/Q baseband output. Featuring a high signal purity with phase noise measuring <-116dBc/Hz@20kHz (typical) and a wide output range of -110dBm to +20dBm, the 14773RF signal generator has standard pulse modulation with an on/off ratio of up to 80dB, with optional pulse train generator available. The DSG3000B series also has an amplitude accuracy of <0.5dB (typical).
Outstanding High Power Signal Generation
The maximum output amplitude is up to +20dBm, and can be set to +27dBm to meet the non-linear index test such as an amplifier.
Excellent Phase Noise
Typically the value of phase noise <-116dBc/Hz@20kHz, comparable to similar products; with the optional high-stability clock reference, minimal phase noise can be obtained.

Multiple Modulation Methods
