EverBeing C-Series Probe Station, C-2, C-4, C-6, C-8
Celebrating over 30 years of manufacturing probe stations and micro positioners the C-Series are one of the world’s most popular and affordable, yet built with precision and repeatability.
They are 6 models in this series, starting at 2 inch chuck to 8 inch C2, C2-PLUS, C2-RF, C4, C6 and C8.
Fitted with a 10 micron precision X-Y chuck stage for alignment, hard chrome pated platen, vacuum chuck and anti-vibration mounts as standard, makes this compete with probe stations that cost many times the price. The 4 inch and above features chuck up/down. Available with a trinocular monozoom microscope.

Everbeing EB-6 Series - Analytical Probe Station
The Everbeing EB-Series probe stations are designed for DC, RF, Fibre and mmWave probing. The heavier base offers a lower centre of gravity for improved stability and is supplied with a thicker platen to allow probe cards to be fitted.
The EB series is available in 4-12 inch (100-300mm) contains features to step-up your usability to acquire the accurate data you need from your devices.
Four models are available EB-4, EB-6, EB-8, EB-12 with optional Hot chuck, standard or enhanced coaxial or triaxial isolation for low noise measurements.

EverBeing C-2 RF Probe Station
£4,358.00 £5,229.60Celebrating 25 years, EverBeing have launched the latest addition to their line, the C2-RF, the world’s smallest and most affordable RF Probe Station.
Measuring just 360mm X 360mm and only 26Kg, it can hold 4 RF probes and two DC bias probes on the hard chrome platted platen.
Fitted with a 2 inch vacuum chuck, four anti-vibration mounts and 10 micron precision X-Y alignment, makes this compete with probe stations that cost many times the price. The U Shaped chuck holds the DUT and RF Calibration substrate.

Two models are available EB-6A and EB-6V to accommodate the different sizes of waveguides and frequency extenders you prefer.
The EB-6V is designed to work with Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz, VDI, and OML mmWave frequency extender modules.
The EB-6A is designed specifically to work with Anritsu range of equipment and frequency extender modules.

EverBeing Photonic/Fibre Optic Probe Station
The Photonic Probe station is designed to allow flexible positioning of optical fibre to the device under test DUT. The fibre can be precisely positioned (course and fine adjustment) from vertical to 60 degrees from vertical. (we can also offer horizontal alignment. The pitch or theta can also be adjusted by ±12 degrees 0.05° resolution.
Using our EB-005 micropositioners we can offer you either 0.7µm (100TPI) or 0.35µm (200TPI) positioning in X, Y and Z axis.

EverBeing Environmental Probe Station, Oxygen Free, Hot Chuck with Cooling
The Everbeing Chamber Plus series of analytical probe stations is an extension of their flagship EB Series probe station.
The Chamber Plus probe station offers a sealed environment for an oxygen-free environment and double as a Faraday cage enclosure for extreme limits for probing. While the DUT is enclosed within the chamber, all probing operations such as chuck stage movement, micropositioning, are still readily available. With this product you can achieve the following into your test:
- Temperature range within -60˚C to 400˚C (Optional 500˚C from RT)
- Low leakage currents down to 20 fA
- RF probing up to 67 GHz or higher depending on VNA
