The Nexview™ is Zygo’s highest performance general purpose 3D non-contact optical profiler. It has been designed to see “More Data” on surfaces which have traditionally been difficult to measure for optical profilers. Materials such as matt ceramics, highly sloped angles, precision optics and film coatings are all measured easily.
New Windows based Mx™ software and a high level of hardware automation make measurements of very rough surfaces through to super-smooth surfaces a user-friendly metrology experience for research and production environments alike. Add in colour imaging, crash protection, integrated vibration platform, 200mm XY stages, parcentric compensation, films analysis and the widest range of Standard, Long, and Super Long Working Distance Objectives and you have a single metrology tool to measure (nearly) all surfaces.
