Provided the product has not been misused and has failed under normal use, during the warranty period. The product can be returned and will be repaired or replaced as per the agreed warranty conditions.
- Complete and submit the Return Request Form. Please provide the Model, Manufacturer, Serial Number, date of purchase and a brief description of the fault.
- Once the Return Request has been confirmed, we will advise the RMA number within 24 hours (during normal working hours).
- Place the product in the original packaging.
- Send the product back to Lambda by recorded delivery and retain the tracking number.
