The Red First Contact Combo Assortment kit is a good choice for customers who wish to perform initial testing and evaluation of both our spray and non-spray polymers, or for customers with a Dobsonian or Newtonian telescope ~12"D (30cm D) or smaller to clean using spray polymer, and a refractor to clean using non-spray polymer.

Kit includes:

  • 1 x 15 ml Red First Contact Non-Spray Polymer Applicator Bottle
  • 2 x 29 ml Red First Contact Spray Polymer Bottles
  • 1 x 29 ml Red First Contact Thinner for cleaning spray heads
  • 15 Peel Tabs
  • 80 ml Spray Bottle
  • 2 x 80 ml Spray Bottle spray heads
  • 1 Pipette
  • 12mm Fan Brush (FCB1)
  • Sample of FCUF (floss) and FCNet (chemically inert mesh)

This kit contains sufficient SPRAY polymer to clean approximately 160in² (1,000cm²) square inches and NON-SPRAY polymer to clean ~60in² (380cm²), and required application and removal accessories.

For mounted optics we suggest purchasing First Contact chemically inert mesh (FCNet) for easier film removal. Eyepieces and objectives demand FCNet or FCUF unwaxed dental floss.

NOTE: Cleaning a telescope?  If you are cleaning a SCT Corrector plate the best kit choice is either First Contact Red Regular All-Inclusive kit or First Contact Red Deluxe All-Inclusive kit.
