Founded in 1978, CI Systems has grown to include an Electro-optics Test Systems division, a semiconductor division. Approximately half its sales are in the USA, with the rest in Israel, Europe and the Far East. The Electro-optics Test Systems division develops and commercialises accurate MIL-Standard E-O test equipment for all stages in the product life cycle. Its products range from standard off-the-shelf components to fully customised test systems. CI Semi, its semiconductor division, offers state-of-the-art metrology solutions for the semiconductor processing industry. It develops and commercialises non-contact temperature monitors and has recently introduced a new in-line process analyser.
