Ideal solution for Telecommunication applications, the APEX Optical Spectrum Analyzer (OSA) Series is equipped with the high resolution of 20 MHz/0.16 pm, as well as other resolution bandwidth from 140 MHz to 250 GHz. Additionally, the complex OSAs offer additional time domain measurement capability, including intensity, phase and chirp measurements

Available options:

  • The optical output of the built-in Tunable Laser Source (TLS), which could also be used for component analysis (tracking funciton);
  • 2 additional PM inputs
  • Polarisation analysis is possible through a polarimeter (SOP and DOP measurement). This option can displacy three polarisation modes: Jones graph, Poincaré sphere and Stokes parameter oscilloscope.
